The PP&Rs is a new document that supplements the NCAC Bylaws. It provides rules and guidance for the administration and implementation of the functions and actions of the NCAC in more detail than is provided in the bylaws. A number of Bylaws amendments naturally emerged during the development of the PP&R, which will also be presented for adoption at the special meeting.
