The purpose of this meeting is to assist Sarah Absher, Tillamook County Director of Community Development, in determining the Short Term Rental License cap in the Neskowin Area, by providing a venue for the NCAC membership to share their thoughts with Ms. Absher about how that cap should be determined, and by connecting Ms. Absher with interested members of the community.
