This is the second public hearing for the updated Code Enforcement Ordinance draft.

Proposed Ordinance #89 does not replace other County Ordinances, such as the STR Ordinance, Tillamook County Land Use Ordinance or County road and solid waste ordinances. The purpose of proposed Ordinance #89 is to provide a process for enforcement of civil regulations (non-criminal), requirements and ordinances adopted or incorporated by reference by Tillamook County, and any requirements on imposed permits and licenses issued by Tillamook County.
